General Information

ArkaneMC is a Minecraft server that is not affiliated with Mojang or any of their affiliates. You can connect to ArkaneMC using the IP address below:

ArkaneMC's staff team is made up of 4 ranks / positions. More information about Staff Ranks can be found on our Staff page. ArkaneMC's staff team aims to keep a stress-free environment. The staff team can give out punishments to those individuals who are breaking the rules. Depending on the severity, the staff team may deliver punishments ranging from in-game warnings to temporary / permanent bans given to the player. Staff retain the right to give out punishments to the player who violates our terms and conditions at any time for any reason that is considered valid by ArkaneMC's administration. 

 

ArkaneMC's Administration retains the right to restrict a player's access to any of the ArkaneMC's services at any time for any reason that is valid. ArkaneMC's Terms and Conditions can be found on the website or here: https://arkanemc.net/terms. All ArkaneMC players, including ranked players and staff members are responsible with obeying the Rules. Upon joining the ArkaneMC server, you are agreeing to these rules. 

 

 

General Rules:

  1. Using of multiple Minecraft accounts is allowed, however:
    1. You are limited to 3 alternate accounts per IP address, including your main account; 
    2. Usage of alternate accounts to bypass punishment is not allowed;
    3. Usage of hacked / stolen accounts is not allowed;
    4. Usage of cracked accounts is not allowed;
  2. Abuse of the server's setup in any way which creates an unfair advantage is not allowed, including:
    1. Abusing a native Minecraft bug / glitch which creates an unfair advantage is not allowed;
    2. Abusing a server plugin bug / glitch which creates an unfair advantage is not allowed;
    3. Abusing how the server is setup in anyway to obtain an unfair advantage is not allowed;
  3. Usage of inappropriate / offensive features on Minecraft accounts is not allowed, including:
    1. Inappropriate / offensive Minecraft account names is not allowed;
      1. Minecraft account names that are stating / threatening / implying that you will break or are breaking any Rules could also be considered a violation of this rule, as well depending on that rule being broken. 
    2. Inappropriate / offensive Minecraft skins are not allowed;
    3. Inappropriate / offensive Minecraft capes are not allowed;
    4. Inappropriate / offensive in-game nicknames are not allowed;
  4. Getting involved in any form of illegal activity in any way might result in losing your right to play on ArkaneMC's server.
  5. Abusing of ArkaneMC's Terms and Conditions is not allowed;
    1. Getting around or attempting to get around the rules is not allowed;
  6. ArkaneMC's administration retains the right to enforce this rule at any time as they deem fit.  

 

Player Interaction and Chat

  1. Abusing Minecraft multiplayer chat features in any way is not allowed, including:
    1. Spamming a specific message/multiple messages;
    2. Usage of chat formatting codes to mislead players;
    3. Bypassing chat filter in any way;
    4. Accusing other players of hacking/using a disallowed modification in any way different than using ArkaneMC's Support System and/or In-Game reporting system;
    5. Joking about and/or encouraging others to break the rules;
    6. Advertising / discussing a different Minecraft server;
    7. Spamming items with the intent to annoy others;
    8. Discussing punishments (warns, kicks, mutes bans, etc) in chat;
  2. Inappropriate behavior towards other players is not allowed, including:
    1. Disrespectful behavior towards other players in any way;
    2. Usage of derogatory terms;
    3. Any form of discrimination; 
    4. Usage of racial slurs, remarks or terms;
    5. Usage of homophobic slurs, remarks or terms;
    6. Any form of bigotry;
    7. Hate speech;
    8. Plagiarizing any form of content that you do not own
    9. Disclosing other players' private information, with or without their permission;
    10. Blackmailing / threatening other players in any way that could cause harm;
    11. Harassment of other players;
  3. Intentionally misleading other players to cause confusion, including:
    1. Impersonation of staff or other players (including via /nick), regardless of the intention;
  4. Death / suicide/ self-harm threats are not allowed, including: 
    1. Encouraging suicide / self-harm in any way;
    2. Threatening suicide / self-harm in any way;
    3. Wishing death upon other people;
    4. Threatening to commit any form of inappropriate behavior, regardless of the intention;
  5. Sharing any form of inappropriate content in any way is not allowed, including:
    1. Sharing screamer links;
    2. Sharing of explicit content; 
    3. Sharing of any malicious content;
  6. Exchanging any virtual / actual item for hard currency and / or Virtual ArkaneMC Store Items is allowed if both parties agree that they understand the risk involved (e.g. future chargebacks, incomplete transactions). Ensure you have taken measures to protect yourself in these cases by taking screenshots clearly showing your and their agreement to the transaction. If a player charges back in your name and you agreed to them purchasing a package for you, you will also be punished. We will not offer any refunds. 
    1. Scams involving virtual / actual items and hard currency and / or Virtual Store Items will result in punishment;
    2. Selling capes is not allowed;
    3. Selling Minecraft accounts is not allowed;
  7. Inappropriate behavior towards the server is not allowed, including:
    1. Causing/Encouraging unnecessary drama, hatred, confusion and/or arguments;
    2. Causing/Encouraging unnecessary drama, hatred, confusion and/or arguments towards the staff;
    3. Accusing Staff Members of not doing their job correctly is not allowed, with the exception of "Report Staff" section in the Support System;
  8. Any form of discussion/statement regarding the term "DDoS" is strictly prohibited, regardless of the place/service that the discussion took place, including:
    1. Threatening to DDoS a specific person/group;
    2. Joking about DDoS attacks in any form that is opposing a threat, regardless of the intention of the said joke/threat;
    3. Encouraging DDoS attacks in any form, regardless of the intention of the said action;
    4. Any form of association with players who have violated this rule, or any of it's sub-rules, that ArkaneMC's Administration believe is posing a threat to ArkaneMC's players/services is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a direct violation;

 

Game Play Abuse, Unfair Advantages and Cheating

  1. Usage of disallowed modifications/clients is strictly prohibited, including:
    1. Admitting / joking about using disallowed mods/clients;
    2. Trolling / joking about the usage of any hacked client will result in a ban;
    3. Using any clients that allow the use of macros is strictly prohibited, this includes OQMinebot;
    4. Using a VPN/mobile hotspot to bypass any of our IP restrictions;

Server Specific

  1. The holder of the account that is used to make the purchase must be over the age of 18.
  2. Purchasing a product for a other player than you is strictly prohibited without players consent.
  3. Upgrading Ranks for players in exchange for money in game or other benefits is allowed if both players understand the risks involved (including future chargebacks).
  4. Purchasing the same In-Game Rank package more than once is strictly prohibited.
  5. Abusing the perks that players can get by purchasing a package on the store is not allowed.
  6. Requesting a Refund of a payment and / or charging-back a payment will result in the account holder losing access to the server and services of the server as well as losing access to any Tebex (Buycraft) powered server store.
    1. All purchases are final. 
    2. We do not offer refunds.

By logging into ArkaneMC's server, you agree to all terms and conditions listed on this page and in all other ArkaneMC's sections. You can find the full rules at https://www.arkanemc.net/rules or by using the /rules command in the server. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before using our services. Claiming that you were unaware of these rules is not an excuse. The Staff Team is not responsible for punishments you claim to not have seen in-game. Administration reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Even if you have not made a payment under a specific update, continued use of any service means you accept the revised terms.
